Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, your Subscription will be automatically extended following any subscription term, for the same period of time as the subscription term, at the then-current rate. If you terminate your Subscription during the subscription term, you may use your Subscription until the end of the then-current term and your Subscription will not be renewed after the then-current term expires. However, you won’t be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the Subscription Fee paid for the then-current subscription term.
Refunds will be granted if requested within 7 days of purchasing a membership. Refund requests can be made through our contact form or by emailing us at [email protected]. This is to allow the user time to decide if the software is suitable for their needs. Refunds will not be granted for forgetting to cancel the subscription before the billing date and you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of the subscription.

Account sharing for profit is strictly forbidden. If you are using the membership within a team, only 2 may be logged in at the same time. We have the right to terminate all accounts sharing account details for wide use.
